Use with a self draining soap dish to get the most life out of your bar.

Contains a nut oil.
Do not use if you have any nut allergies. Always test in a small area for allergies. If irritation occurs, discontinue use.

The bar is really rough, it hurts to use. I didn't like it but my husband uses it and likes it, so it wasn't a complete waste.
Great! It's very rough though
I know the description says that it's really really exfoliating but omg it will literally take off a layer of skin. That's what I wanted so it was awesome, but if you're a lightweight or have sensitive skin I think this might not work for you. If I gave this to my cousin she'd literally cry. For me it made me feel super super clean
